Trajectory is a career navigation platform that helps professionals articulate their experience, analyze role alignment, and prepare for opportunities. This includes AI-powered resume tailoring, gap analysis, and application guidance. Outputs are AI-generated suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submitting it to employers.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any resume or application materials you submit to employers. Do not fabricate experience, credentials, or qualifications.
  • Review AI Output: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always carefully review the generated resume before using it.
  • Lawful Use: Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates any applicable law.
  • No Misrepresentation: Do not use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading application materials.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your resume content. The AI-generated output is provided to you for personal use. Trajectory does not claim ownership over your resume or the generated documents.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Trajectory does not guarantee that the generated resume will result in job interviews, offers, or any particular career outcome. AI outputs are guidance only — employment decisions rest entirely with employers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trajectory and Recruiter-in-the-Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages related to employment outcomes.

7. Rate Limits

To ensure fair access, the Service enforces rate limits on resume generations per hour per IP address. Attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
